Smith Gun Finished

Here's the finished Smith Gun & crew on the Base,
The gun looks a bit small to me, but as I've never seen one in the flesh, I'm not too sure.
Anyway here's the Pictures:

I'm undecided whether it needs something added to the corner of the
footpath as it seems a bit bare.

Smith Gun Base

Just finished making a base for The Stronghold Miniatures Smith Gun.
As can be seen from the pictures, the wall & footpath is made from plasticard & 80 grit sandpaper to represent the road.

I will post more as I get it painted.
Cheers

Northover Projector

Just finished the Northover Projector by Stronghold Miniatures for my Home Guard.

I've used a leftover bit of wall from the Blacker Bombard on the base & a metal box that I'd picked up somewhere
This is basically a tube on a tripod, If you do search about on you tube for Pontefract Home Guard they have on & are doing a firing demo.
There are no rules for it in the Bolt Action game so I'm thinking of proxying it as a Piat.

I will start photographing the rest of the previously painted Home Guard that I have & post them.

I forgot to put these 2 spare crew, that came from another Northover Projector that I bought for the crew figures

Blacker Bombard

Here's a bit more for my Home Guard army for bolt action.
Its a Blacker Bombard Spigot Mortar from Stronghold Miniatures
.

The wall is made from thick plastcard strips, scored to look like a row of bricks with some thin plasticard between each row for the mortar.
The spare round & case made from plastic rod.

Beaverette A/C

I've also painted this Beaverette Armoured car from Stronghold Miniatures.
I was a bit of a pain to put together, especially getting the Bren gunner to fit properly.
I had to add a bit to the mounting to get it to touch the floor.

Don't know if I'm 100% happy with it though.
