A Few Pulp Miniatures

Just been trying to take some pictures of my Pulp Alley Leagues & some plot points, so I thought I might as well share them on here, as they’ve not been shown all together

First is The Tunbotham Detectives, then the next league is The Order of the Silver Cross a Vatican investigation team

Following after are the plot points, with some scratch built & bought bits.

Finally, there’s  three Perils 2 drunken sailors & a goose

First 2 Figures for The Silver Bayonet

I managed to pick up a second hand copy of The Silver Bayonet a few weeks ago & I have been trying my best to avoid getting sucked into this game (especially as I had sold off my Flintloque collection ☹️)

Anyway I got some Foundry 95th Rifles so I painted up the Officer to lead my force  & got given the Mary Seacole miniature that was given away at one of the Partizan shows to use as an Ocultist

I was also give some British Line Infantry, but they will need a repaint

Another Clyde Barrow Miniature

Well I decided to paint another Clyde Barrow Partizan Miniature, this one is a gif though.
When I get a break in the weather I will varnish him & put it on a clear base.
I still have one of these figures left so I’m thinking that I might try and cut the shotgun off & swap it out for a BAR as this was his weapon of choice.

Finally Bonnie Parker Partizan Show Freebie Miniature

I finally managed to get hold of the Bonnie Parker Partizan Miniature (Thank you Lawrence)
It’s a cracking figure............... but not a great Bonnie 😞
I really wish she’d been sculpted wearing her famous “sweater dress”  as in the picture below

The next thing is she’s very tall compared to Clyde, she was petite & only 4’11” tall in real life, the miniature is much bigger than Clyde!!

Anyway I despite my disappointment, I still really like the figure.

Clyde Barrow Partizan Freebie

I found a miniature in the Lead Mountain over the weekend.
Its one of the Partzan Show Freebies of Clyde Barrow, of the infamous ganster couple Bonnie & Clyde.
I”d completley forgotten about this miniatue & how fantastic it is, so i thought i would paint it up on Sunday night

I can’t remember where the base is from or even when or where I got them from as I have a few of them.
I cut up a pop can into small rectangles to represent some loose cash that has fallen out of the bag
as there is loose cash sculpted on the figure falling out of the bag.

The money was painted off white & washed with green & the edges re-highlighted with the basecoat
to give the impression of the 1930”s doller bills.
