MORE UNDEAD

Finished up some more Undead miniatures for Saga & Rangers of Shadow Deep

First  up is the Undead Minotaur

And with the Undead Ogre

Next is a miscast of a Zombie alongside the proper cast f the same figure

A Group shot f the Bears Head Undead Humans

Finally is some old Grenadier Undead  now produced by Forlorn Hope Games. I used to have these miniatures for a Warhammer Army back in the Late 80's early 90's when they were originally released, but sadly I sold that Army off at Fiasco many many years ago.

Undead Sacred Ground for Saga Age of Magic

I’ve been working on a piece of special terrain for Saga Age of Magic.
This is a free upgrade for your Warband that allows you to raise more troops whilst using the Necromancy spells. Every Warband has access to a peice of sacred ground terrain, each being catered to the Warband being used.

I picked up a selection of  gravestones through swaps on LAF & bought the crypt off eBay.
For the base I used an off cut of plastic fascia, as it is thick enough to dig out in front of some of the graves to represent where the Undead have risen from their graves.

I cut up some flat plastic bases to make some extra flagstones & made a base texture paste from white glue, one strike wall filler & various grades of sand.
Then chucked some paint at it.
Problem I’m now facing is I couldn’t be bothered to sort out the joins in the crypt! 😞
Now they’re bothering me 😂

BEARS HEAD MINIATURES UNDEAD RHINO

I recently got a miscast from Bears Head Miniatures of their Undead Rhino.
To be honest I had always thought, why would you need an Undead Rhino 😞
How wrong could I have been this is an amazing miniature, superbly sculpted & considering it’s supposed to be a ‘miscast’ 😳😳 it bloody brilliant.
As you may be able to tell I quite like this figure, I may have to get one that’s not a miscast to compare them.
I will be using this in my games of Saga Age of Magic fantasy supplement.

I painted it using a base of  slate grey, highlighted up by adding beige’s & rotting flesh with a wash of blues & browns. The ‘meaty’ parts were painted using a base of red tail light & highlighted again with beige & Zombie flesh & light brown wash. The bone was painted with a grey/brown, highlighted again with beige & Z flesh washed brown.

Hope you like this miniature as much as I do.

Cheers
Keith
