I've recently made some raised quay pieces & wooden jetties for my scenery & I finally get some where to moor the boat. I can use these for a fictitious Channel Island.
The raised quay bits were made from the same plastic fascia board that I used for the Adobe Walls.
I dis a test piece from a off cut, I just scored some stone blocks with a sculpting tool. I was happy how it turned out & then made some 12 inch long ones.
The Jetties are made from wooden coffee stirrers & the posts from wooden dowels, the type that you get with flat pack furniture. Then the usual old wood paint mix chucked on.
